How we send our bills
At the end of each billing cycle (January, April, July and October) MLWSA staff calculates utility bills for MLWSA customers. For customers that request a hard copy of the billing statement, MLWSA prints and mails a postcard. If your mailing address has changed please complete and return a Change of Address Form .
In lieu of postcard statements, customers can request that their bill be sent via e-mail (e-billing). Customers that participate in the e-billing option will receive a $0.50 credit on all quarterly utility bills. To get started, send a request to us using the email where you want to receive the bill. Send an email to: multilake@gmail.com. Include the following information:
