During the winter all Multi Lake Water and Sewer Vacuum Customers should ensure that their vent pipes (candy cane on ground and vent stack on roof) are free of any snow or ice. If you are experiencing a sucking/clearing of water type sound, the cause is likely related to some kind of blockage occurring in such vents.
In addition, and in any season, if you hear a continual sucking sound that lasts more than 10 seconds coming from your vent, kindly notify our emergency number at 1.877.806.3741 immediately wherein you could help prevent a system-wide issue.
