Kathleen is the Director of MLWSA. She began her career with the Authority in 2013 as a temporary employee but moved up the rank becoming Director in 2019. She is responsible for the planning and directing of all areas of the Authority's operations. A real lover of nature she enjoys the outdoors, spending quality time with her fur family, her husband and their three beautiful daughters.
Josh West, Foreman

Josh is the Foreman for all Field Staff and began his career with Multi Lake Water and Sewer Authority in 2019. He is a paintball enthusiast who enjoys competing with other players. He also likes to hunt, camp, golf and enjoys spending time with his family.
Steve Shepherd, Crew Leader

Steve is the Crew Leader for all Field Operators and began his career with Multi Lake Water and Sewer Authority in 2016. Steve is an avid year-round fisherman, and has quite the talent for catching lots of fish. He enjoys riding his ATV, playing his guitar and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Alex Steinaway, Operator I

Alex is a Field Operator I for Multi Lake Water and Sewer Authority and joined in April 2022. In his spare time he enjoys any type of camping, fishing, outdoor activities, spending time with his family and is a classic car enthusiast.
Seth Boik, Operator 1

Seth joined our team as Field Operator I in June 2023. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities like camping, fishing and hunting, and is a car enthusiast.
Richard Lloyd, Operator 1

Dick joined our team in July 2023 and is a Field Operator 1. He enjoys outdoor activities, playing video games and spending time with his daughter.
Kathy Piatt, Administrative Assistant

Kathy Piatt is an Administrative Assistant and joined the Multi Lake Water and Sewer Authority Team in January 2020. Kathy, not only is a MLWSA employee, but is also a sewer customer and has lived on Silver Lake since 1985. She enjoys reading, spending time on the lake, and most importantly, spending time with her family.
Kimberly Haines, Accountant

Kimberly is the MLWSA Accountant, a contracted position, which averages 6-10 hours a week. She is an very active in her church, an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
