Multi Lake Water and Sewer Authority field staff are in the HALF MOON & NORTH LAKE area of our district as of 04/18/2024 conducting site plan reviews. This may require a slight disturbance (locating of stop box and/or measurement of appurtenances) of your property within our easement. April Board Meeting
Reminder - The regularly scheduled Multi Lake Water and Sewer Authority board meeting is this Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 10:30 AM in the MLWSA Conference Room (12088 North Territorial RD, Dexter MI 48130). Public are Welcome!
Annual CPI Sewer Rate Increase
Scheduled rate increase, approved by the MLWSA Board of Directors on March 21, 2024, represents a 2.7% adjustment to all sewer rates.
New sewer quarterly rate, which took effect April 1, 2024, will be reflected on the July bill and is broken down as follows:
O+M $176.75
Capital $17.00
Debt $33.25_
TOTAL: $227.00/per quarter
