MLWSA Waste Water Treatment Plant and its operations is a very well run organization and we are committed to conducting our utility in a responsible manner. We can not continue to do this at the previous customer billing rate without jeopardizing our operations. As we have learned from other similar entity's mistakes it simply does not pay to neglect any utility. Past Administration continually used cash reserves to make up any shortfalls in our operation expenditures requirements because raising rates was something they chose not to do. With the infrastructure upgrades that need to be addressed and the increased costs associated with that we can no longer continue to use dwindling cash reserves to subsidize our operations. Your last quarterly bill (Jan - Mar) reflected new rates approved by the MLWSA Board.
With the help of our municipal software provider (BS&A), customers can now access their MLWSA account information on line, 24/7. You will need your 12 digit MLWSA account number to search this site. Your account number is located in the left column of your utility bill. (clicking the link will direct you to an external web site which will open in a separate window). BS&A Online
